Overview of role:
We are seeking a client facing, dynamic E-Commerce Account Manager, to support a range of UK and global eCommerce brands for Amazon Marketplace accounts.
Main responsibilities:
- Building deep, multi-level relationships across leading consumer brands, becoming their go-to partner for ecommerce strategy.
- Working with a varied portfolio of clients, you will have day-to-day responsibility to contact clients to ensure the successful implementation of their strategies, with the goal of increasing their sales through Amazon.
- Leading client calls, guiding priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring on-time delivery of key programmes.
- Client satisfaction will be your number one priority! As such, you will be an excellent communicator, giving regular updates to clients and working on a range of tactics to help increase revenues.
- You will develop, manage, and report monthly sales figures to clients using our reporting tools, and you must be comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, or Asana.
Essential Experience:
- Educated to Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level in Business, Marketing, Finance or other relevant subject.
- Fluent in written and spoken English – other languages are an advantage.
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- A passion for advertising, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Extremely analytical, confident, and comfortable with understanding and taking insights from complex data.
- You will have 2-3 yrs of experience working with high profile clients and have solid experience in PPC advertising, on page SEO, and online merchandising.
- Amazon specific experience is desired, but if you have experience with SEO or PPC on Google, the skills are directly transferable.
- The successful candidate will be able to build trust and rapport with clients. You must also have strong problem-solving skills, a can do attitude, great time management and workload prioritisation skills.
- PPC /Amazon Agency experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to lead marketplace expansion into new countries and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
